Spicy Crunchy Tuna Tartare

Spicy Crunchy Tuna Tartare

Servings: 4  Serving Size: 1/4   Points: four pts

8 oz sushi grade ahi tuna, finely chopped 2 tsps pure sesame oil 1 tsp rice wine two tsp fresh lime juice 2 tsp soy sauce one tsp Sriracha hot sauce (to taste) 2 tbsp chives, minced a couple of tbsp panko crumbs one ripe, firm hass avocado, diced one tsp black and white sesame seeds Mix sesame oil, rice wine, lime juice, soy sauce and sriracha. Poor around tuna and mix. Add chives and gently mix tuna with diced avocado, refrigerate until prepared to serve. Add panko crumbs just just before serving and top with sesame seeds.
