Skinny Pumpkin Spiced Latte
For the pumpkin obsessed, a skinny spiced latte you can make your self. October is my birthday month and one of my favorite treats this time of year is Starbucks’ Pumpkin Spiced Latte. What a great way to begin your morning!
Thin Pumpkin Spiced Latte
Servings: two Serving Size: one latte Weight Watcher Points: a couple of pts

1 1/2 cups extra fat no cost milk a couple of tbsp pumpkin butter two tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice two tsp sugar or sugar substitute (to taste) 1/4 cup of espresso (or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee works) body fat no cost whipped topping pumpkin pie spice for topping In a small pan combine milk, pumpkin butter and sugar and cook on medium heat, stirring, right up until boiling. Get rid of from warmth, stir in vanilla. Utilizing an immersion blender, blend until finally smooth (or whisk well with a wire whisk)
Pour into two mugs, add the hot espresso and prime with body fat free whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice on top.
